I have been attempting to resolve a pest control problem - squirrels in my ceiling - since at least November 2017. I've made them aware of the problem no less than a dozen times since January.; They express no concern, empathy, or sense of urgency. They advised me that they were waiting for a response from the owner. I called the owner and he advised me that he had not heard from them since December!
