The experience was TERRIBLE! I took a friend to pick her car up that C&P said was ready since Monday. Today is Thursday. Upon arriving, even though her car was ready, they refused to give it to her because they said they were trying to get another $900+ from the woman's insurance company who hit her. Why is her car being held hostage when the issue is between C & P and the insurance company. My friend is left with no transportation until the two of them settle THEIR issue. I'll never ever refer anyone to C & P. Never!

Had to make time before day ended to compliment C&P body shop INC for a TIMELY focused( meaning I needed the job done in a urgent manner due to unforeseen circumstances and they did it without requiring a upcharge or excuse). They unexpectedly even gave me lowest price than businesses nearby , far away and mobile. As I called over 28 companies in a brief time window. By far the BEST!!! Body shop around. I have used C & P numerous times and have sent various people to them. They dont use cheap after market stuff. They aways go over every detail of your estimate and always keep you in the loop as far as where your vehicle is in the process. They will go to bat with your insurance company to make sure everything is correct. Thanks again guys
