Dr. Shim was rude. His staff was rude. You didn't dare move your head the slightest or he would yell at you. The tooth made in his machine is rough. He didn't polish it. I'd give him a minus if I could.
I showed up to my appointment on time the girl that was at the front desk says she was manager called Janice extremely disrespectful and rude. She handed me some papers to fill out, but unfortunately I didn't take my glasses and I asked her if she could, please help me fill them out, she said no so I asked her if there was anybody else in the office could help ?she said no then I asked to speak to the doctor and she said no Terrible I have never interacted with a person so unprofessional, unhelpful like this ever. New dentist experience after moving on from our old dentist. So far its been a nice transition and staff is great. Makes it easier to adjust and feel comfortable.
