Used old nail files and other implements were not even sanitized. Polish was so thick it couldn’t dry. When filing my nail cut into my skin around my nail. And this was the manicure. The Pedi was not much better. Will not go again.

This place is really hit or miss, and unfortunately, it’s mostly a miss. Amy is the only one who does decent nails, but even if you specifically ask for her, there’s no guarantee she’ll actually do them. You can make an appointment with her, show up, and still end up with someone else. As for designs, I wouldn’t recommend it. I had a terrible experience where they kept messing up the design over and over. After spending way too much time trying to fix it, I finally asked for it to just be taken off. I don’t understand some negative reviews. I told her what I needed and wanted (professional, short, elegant) and that is what I got! Very knowledgeable and great customer service!
