I’m extremely unhappy with my recent experience with CNote Tax Solutions. I contacted them to request a copy of my previous year’s Notice of Assessment — something I expected to be included since I had already paid for their tax filing service. Instead, they asked me for additional money just to send a document that should’ve been part of the original service. To me, this felt unprofessional and frustrating.
