Brought my sister and myself in for eyebrows today, absolutely horrible. They didn't clean the tools in between my wax or my sisters. Then, both of our eyebrows were so messed up I left and immediately walked next door requesting they fix the errors that were made. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. The wax area is a storage closet and dirty. They don't let you look at your eyebrows or ask if you like them before bringing you to the counter for money. I went in for a manicure. The polish I picked out ended up being lumpy and I didn’t realize it. The person doing my nails asked me if I wanted to pay first so my nails wouldn’t get messed up. After he was finished and I left I noticed the lumpiness of the polish. I was extremely upset. This is the second place I’ve been to in Rome that has given bad service. I will never go back there again.

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience ever! I was told to sit in the chair and put my feet in the tub. I waited 20 minutes for anyone to wait on me. Then after all that I get a rushed job and other than slapped on toe nail polish it looks worse than when I went in. Cost $41 for gel pedicure mess!

I wish I could give zero stars. Very dissatisfied with not only the quality but also to the fact that the guy did not listen to the color or length I wanted he hacked my nails all the way down. I asked for emerald green with my middle finger and thumb to be black he chose neon green with my ring finger black. The color green is not even smooth and you can see the white through the green and on the edges
