Brought my sister and myself in for eyebrows today, absolutely horrible. They didn't clean the tools in between my wax or my sisters. Then, both of our eyebrows were so messed up I left and immediately walked next door requesting they fix the errors that were made. It was the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. The wax area is a storage closet and dirty. They don't let you look at your eyebrows or ask if you like them before bringing you to the counter for money.
