Mr Leonel was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained to us what he needed to do and repaired our air conditioner. He didn’t try to up sell us into purchasing a new unit, but when we need a new air conditioner, we will definitely call him. Thank you so much.
C&N recently installed a Bosch heat pump for me and I was happy with both their office and field teams. Easy communication and professional installation led to solid performing system. Anthony the technician for C&N has serviced our boiler for several years. He is always friendly, professional and on time. Anthony is also very honest and we trust his professional opinions on work that may or may not need to be done.
Anthony very professional and was very careful to clean up after himself ie wiped dusty footprints on the carpet off He answered all our HVAC questions and was very knowledgeable
C&N were sent by our home warranty company to fix an issue Ausco created. Ausco said they fixed a heat pump fan, but they installed it backwards and wouldn't admit it. C&N saw the problem immediately, fixed it, and even fixed the hole Ausco put in our ducting. So glad to have working heat and air again. Everything was well documented to our warranty company, so we could get out previous fee returned.
