This is a HORRIBLE office! Receptionist was so nice right until I questioned a bill. She said that a service was not covered on my plan. I called my insurance and they said this was incorrect! I tried to tell the receptionist, she said no, the insurance doesn't know and I have to pay. She walked away before I could even say one more thing. I then asked to talk to Dr. Bowers, he came up and told me," It's simple! Pay the Bill!" and then he walked away. I couldn't believe that! I will never go back there again!
Nice Guy After switching insurance, I was a little worried about going to a new dentist but Dr. Bowers proved himself to be very competent and easygoing. I highly recommend Dr. Bowers to anyone looking for a new dentist.
Very bad experience First of all, they keep a dog in the office and I think that is completely disgusting for a place that is supposed to be the role model for clean. Second, the staff is not friendly. Third, they are not willing to work with you if you have a certain insurance. Not recommended.
Exceeds my espectations! Dr. Bowers & Sydnie(recceptionist) are the most caring and passionate examples I have seen in any medical field. I have been going through cancer removal & reconstructin on my lower jaw and it has been very traumatic for me. Dr. Bowers & Sydnie have made me feel very comfortable that they are going to do everything possible to get me feeling confident about my appearance again. Very compassionate!
Dentists Dr Bowers is a very nice person, is gentle.I have always had a fear of dentist as I have had many awful experences over the years.I had all my teeth pulled and dentures made.My dentures look very natural both in fit & color.He even let my wife pick the color for my teeth.His prices are alittle high, but well worth the money.
