Our neighborhood HOA has used this company for a while. There are many cul-de-sacs and flag lots that they service. There are 4 houses in our cul de sac and we always shovel our driveway, while the other 3 houses do not. Their plow truck continues to pile all the snow from the cul-de-sac on our driveway. Blocking the area where we park a car. Today was no exception when they did it again despite me asking them not to and putting our trash cans there as a reminder. Recently, I observed my neighbor getting some landscaping done. Both of our yards were starting to get out of control with weeds growing out of the rocks and elms growing everywhere (mine being the worse of the two properties unfortunately). I have had issues in the past with finding someone who will pull all the weeds out rather than weed whack. Let me tell you about how Christian and his team saved us from our nightmare. We were working with a contractor since April, signed contracts in May, and were told the timeline to start was July. Fine, good work takes time, we get it. Then we were told August - okay, we'll wait one more month. Welp, July was ending, August was less than a week away, and we received an email that they can't start us until October!! Dealing with weeds, mud and dirt every day for yet another 2 months?! I was at a loss when we moved into our new home. The back yard had been horribly neglected from previous owner, there were mature neglected trees as well that needed to be removed. Our experience with MR. Christian ******* was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!!. He took the time to help us envision what our backyard would look like after he would landscape it. There was NO formal contract, just a handshake and his word which is very rare in today's world. He was punctual and always available to answer our questions and alleviate our concerns.
