Called and left a message. He called back promptly and was very courteous on the phone. Unfortunately he doesn’t service our area, but, great experience anyways.
Called to ask if he could take care of our tractor, the owner said sorry I am birding a plane will be gone for 2 months. Problem is we do not want to wait 2 months, so we are moving on to other businesses like DC Hawk & Johnny's Mobile Mechanic. We are also self employed, if we can't go to LA or SF we provide other Companies that can.
We have a Kubota that our staff could not get started, He spotted the problem in the first 5 minutes, fixed it in thirty, was upfront, realistic, did what he said he would and got the job done.
