I needed a new electric water heater and called CMS based on a reliable recommendation on the Willow Glen e-list. Carlos did an excellent job from start to finish. He had to enlarge the opening in the wall for a bigger pipe which meant drywall repair. No problem, Dominic came out and did an outstanding job of repairing the wall and his attention to detail was exemplary. He cleaned up the surrounding space and the repair is virtually invisible. Completely happy with the whole experience.
Christopher arrived within the time frame I was given. He assessed the problem quickly and began working to fix the drainage problem in my kitchen sink. I had lots of questions and he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient explaining what had happened and what he was doing to repair the problem. After the repairs were completed, he cleaned the area under my sink which I really appreciated. He is an asset to CMS Plumbing.
Joey was professional, patiently answered my questions. Solved the problem and cleaned up. Happy with the service.
Berto came out to help with a leaky & plugged sink issue. He was professional, patient and very personable (the three P's ). He's amazing and got the job done quickly and completely- he was thorough and very tidy as well! I would highly recommend CMS- they have a wonderful habit of hiring amazing people- from their plumbing technicians to the office staff!
Terrible driver. He sped past me and several other vehicles well above the speed limit, nearly causing an accident. He was cutting everyone off like a maniac. If you’re trying to draw attention to your company van, this is definitely not the way to do it.
