Terrible service. I initially called C&M in January to schedule a roof inspection due to recent water damage on the inside of our home. Elaine called me back pretty quickly and said she would let me know when they can come out due to winter weather, which was completely understandable. We were postponed again in early February due to the owner being sick - again, understandable. We had a great experience working with C & M! Charley and Elaine are very professional and available. The crew did a wonderful job with our roof and gutters. I will use their services again if needed.
We are very happy with our new roof ! Charlie and his crew were very efficient and the work was done at the most reasonable price we could find.
I like to start off saying that I take reviews very seriously and if I could give 10 stars I would Charlie was the only roofer who finally contacted me back wasn't for sure if he was gonna drive a hour away to do a repair with me being in kokomo we communicated by phone I took pictures and by the grace of God his crew was here the next day and early his crew is very professional Francisco and his partner was very professional and friendly they did a awesome job!! C & M Roofing did an excellent roof installation for us. Very professional and the entire crew was exceptional. Highly recommend C & M Roofing if you are in the market for an excellent roofing contractor. Very respectful of our property and did a great job cleaning up everything. This job was a tear off and install new roof.
