As a small business owner that also owns the building we operate in, we have a lot of contractors. C&M is the top of the line. The best we've ever had in any field. Kind, courteous, thorough, customer minded ownership and staff. The only reason I'm writing this review is my own deep gratitude for how much they've helped our building function to serve every person in it.
We had a great experience with C&M! Cindy was very quick to help schedule a technician for us, on short notice, and also incredibly helpful giving us some great advice on our warranty. And Freddie who showed up for the service call, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and up-front. He explained that we were previously misled by some other HVAC technicians, and conducted a thorough inspection of our unit, and gave us recommendations on how to keep it running well. Talked to the owner Rich today. Very helpful, their business should be the right place to call before making any discussions. They’re patient and knowledgeable. Going to request the services for my new business next year.
Called for an emergency call my central air went out in the middle of the night approximately 30 minutes after calling a repair technician was at my house the technician was knowledgeable and professional and took care of our system and got it running I will definitely be calling to set up a yearly service contract with them
