Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Jenny P. This representative was actually a joy to speak with. She was very knowledgeable and resolved my issue very quickly, and I am totally satisfied with the outcome. In fact of all the customer dealings with I've had in my long life. She is on the top of the list! It's really nice to deal with an actual human being instead of an AI. She exceeded my expectations. Well done CM & M for having this employee represent your company!!!
CM&M have been consistently professional, helpful and timely in resolving community concerns and following CC&Rs. We also appreciate their reasonable rates and good service. At a time when few people are interested in taking on board leadership roles it's nice to know they are there to ensure the business of the association continues responsibly moving forward.
As a relatively new community, we transitioned from the builder being the HOA to the owners taking over, and then went through our share of management companies within the first three or four years. We found the companies we worked with to be disorganized, unfamiliar with basic laws and statutes, ADA requirements, tax filings, etc. Switching to CM&M was the best decision we could have ever made.
