the worst shipper I have been to in a long time.
Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Hands down. I have to deal with the public everyday. But I’ve never been treated as bad as these people do. They ship a lot of products from suppliers I buy from. I’m talking to operation managers at those suppliers and will be switching vendors if they won’t ship with someone else. Attached is a picture of the delivered products after days and days of miscommunication and delays. They are awful.

Terrible broker. No detention paid for 9 hours wait. My driver ran out of hours and they actually suggested that he lies on his log book to deliver their load. He argued with me on the phone. Do not book with them.

If they have you down for an appointment then they need to honor it. Not fair to us if we show up early. We shouldn't have to be punished and sit and wait way past our appointment time
