Provider seemed dismissive of symptoms, offered little support or advice or stayed silent as I shared questions or concerns. I was prescribed medication, about which I asked specific questions, then spoke to the Providence pharmacy, who had different instructions than those discussed during my brief visit.I don't feel I receive supportive card from this provider, and I'm unable to choose a new one within the practice without being "released" by this provider in another appointment

This visit was for issues I have had for the last almost 10 years and this provider not only took the time to look at my history and talk to my other Doctors but listened to my concerns clearly explained things to me and put me at ease about one of the most stressful things I have ever endured. I was so appreciative of the forward movement on my health journey and the support and communication delivered with respect and compassion. The entire team was wonderful.
