Let me start with this, SCAMMER!!!!! Mike Simpson is a liar and a thief!! I have watched my my mother in law and her husband go through hell and back trying to work with him for 2yrs with the lies, he says he coming to work on the property and doesn’t show, has every excuse under the sun of why he couldn’t come. We hired Mike Simpson over 2 years ago to build a garage and we don't even have a foundation. We gave him a lot of money and we got nothing in return. He is very unprofessional. Many people have complained about him including vendors. Now we have to put out more money to hire someone else to pour the foundation. Also, we will have to purchase a steel garage, which we did not want. So frustrating. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!
Mike Simpson has some recent cases of scamming, and I was one. I hired Mike to do a bedroom and bath addition. 6 months later, I have never seen a single plan and found out no plans had been submitted to get a permit. He also didn’t have his contractor license in that area. So$60,000 later, there is a hole in my yard and there were never any plans. Beware!
