Just sharing facts without emotion. First time I went there, manager was grumbling about a customer with multiple complaints. Sympathized with the manager. My mistake. Since then, we have spent close to $2000 in a one year span (which was a series of frustrations, as well). I would be cautious if you recently received an expensive auto quote from Butitta Bros, Janesville. I had a racket steering problem, and was quoted $2,800 to fix a sway bar, coil springs, struts and a power steering pump. I have worked on my autos for 50 years, and was suspicious because struts/shocks generally affect up & down motion, and not steering. My daughter dropped my Honda Accord ( via towing ) which she was using, after a break-down near by. They charged her almost 13 hundred for a broken axle, and did a butcher job. Since then, the car has a leak and 2 ( two ) auto mechanics changed the seal ( because they assumed the seal was the problem, but the damage is apparently inside ) and still liking. Purchased 4 tires. Tech damaged my vehicle while backing off lift. Manager said I'd receive a call within 24 hrs, I did not. When I got in my vehicle tech did not reset tire pressure system because he was unfamiliar with system.

Dissatisfaction about their services and technicians. Inconvenient that i needed to go back twice to get a simple repair properly fixed. And the cost was disappointing. I am willing to pay good money to get a job done correctly. I received a quote for the same repair at family owned establishment in town and i am very pleased with the price. Even offered me 6 month financing for my other truck that needs work. I Got approved and repairs are in process.
