Very engaged and took time to explain condition and options. Came across as very caring.
Dr. Croom’s is an excellent, patient, caring orthopedic physician. He is careful and doesn’t make rash decisions. I was very comfortable and at ease when discussing how I ended up with severe hand/arm/ shoulder and right neck pain. I am following his recommendation for treatment and will return as requested if I do not recover or similar pain occurs in the future. He has a delightful sense of humor. Elizabeth Hrisak
