Dr Ciaroa was the most rude and condescending eye doctor I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 10+ offices over my life and have never come across such an unpleasant doctor. It’s evident her poor receptionists were afraid of her and it seems like a toxic work environment. I would recommend any other doctor in Charlottesville other than her. Don’t spend your money here!!!
Dr. Cioara, as well as the entire team at C Luminous, are very thorough, kind, and timely. I scheduled my appointment within a week! Lovely!
