Went in for an interview today. I shouldn't have even wasted my time. I can see why the reviews are so bad. After waiting much longer than the scheduled interview time, I finally get pulled into the Dr office, with the door shut (which didn't stop one of the little girls at the front desk from barging in and interrupting), and all the Dr did was rip my resume apart. As others have stated, there’s definitely something going on with this office. I was completely and totally rushed, my prescription was completely wrong, I kept trying to explain my eyes, she started talking about tumors and all sorts of other crap. However, when I tried to bring something up, it was, let’s hurry up or something along those lines. I would give 0 star if I could. The clinic overcharged me $60+ saying that they couldn’t find my insurance. After contacting insurance company, they confirmed the clinic is in the network and I should be refunded. I contacted the clinic over phone, the woman answered said they will refund immediately. But after more than 10days, I still haven’t received the refund.
Dr. Cioara is incredibly condescending, both to her patients and the technicians. Some of them seem nice but it’s clear they’re not allowed to be talkative or friendly to patients. Very cold unwelcoming atmosphere. Everyone there seems incredibly focused on their work because they’re terrified of making mistakes. I just want a friendly atmosphere and everyone to have a nice day! I don’t mind if there’s a mistake here and there if people seem welcoming and happy to work with me. They are very dubious people. They tell you to come in assuring you that they take your insurance. Then they make you sign an agreement requesting you to pay on the spot and that they will send claim to insurance. They never do! Every time you follow up, they claim they have sent the claim but insurance never received any claim. They are deceitful and you better stay away. They also sell you a bunch of things you don’t actually need. Find somewhere else!
