You need to change your medical suppliers for ankle braces. You charged me about $140.00 for a similar brace on Amazon for $25.00. My insurance paid all but $40.00 and you charged me the balance. I'm disappointed in your care for your patients livelihood. How much profit do you really need to make?
Excellent care provided! My concerns were addressed and I felt that I was really looked after. What was initially a life changing event, later became more about getting well; and having people, care staff helping me to become better.
Dr. Rust fixed a large spiral fracture in my left leg/ankle. The surgery went great! I had a lot of hardware installed. His bedside manner was beyond better than expected. From my intial appointment to the very last. His pain management was on point. He understood the pain level I was going through. He is a very compassionate surgeon who cares about his patients.
Midfoot bone fusion. Dr Rust performed a great surgery as I am at 4 months now and foot is healing on schedule. I have been too 3 of the rebound facilities for the surgery and follow-ups and all consistently provided friendly, good service
