Didn’t see Dr Rust until 45 minutes after appt time. Staff could have warned me of probable delay.
I have seen twenty docs about my ankle, which has been a lifelong problem. This is the first experience that gives me hope things will get better and didn’t leave me in tears. Both doc and office staff are fantastic. It’s not a great time for surgery but I feel confident that I can work with Dr. Rust to maximize quality of life now and find a time for surgery that is practical, and I can see the way to something other than things getting worse forever.
