Horrible Customer Service – Today 1/07/2011 I went to return a LUTRON dimmer that I purchased just to see if it would work with my remodel. I was accused of bringing back an item that was used; they initially refused to refund my $37.00. It was never used; the one girl even implied that it had paint on it, I was appalled and offended. The salesperson that sold me the dimmer was off today, I called him last week to tell him I had purchased the wrong dimmer and was bringing it back. Great custom designs – I was referred to C Lighting recently to find a chandelier for my foyer. They designed me a custom fixture -- something I couldn't have found anywhere else. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable the staff was and how affordable the end product was. This place is a gem. I highly recommend it.

Awesome Service – Recently my wife had purchased several light fixtures and had them installed by the kind folks at C Lighting and I must say that not only was I impressed with the products she had picked out but the professionalism of the people at C Lighting. Usually the install is always a painful process that I dred but these guys really did great work. Thank you very much!
