Had a pedicure and got gel. The lady didn’t clean well the gel around my toes. Really disappointed.
Use to love this place but the owner does not listen to customer request. I called and asked for a soak off, then told her I wanted a soak off but she proceeded to remove my previous acrylic overlay with nail tip although I had expressed that I wanted a soak off, she then burned my nail with the drill, I then asked her to stopped, paid for my pedicure and left. I do not recommend coming here. Their supplies are not clean with every use, avoid this place at all cost.
i went to get a full set , told the lady in purple jacket that sits in the 2nd chair that i wanted a design and she did my nails all crooked and forgot how i wanted the design and was disturbed when i told her that i wanted the exact same design from the picture i had shown her…i asked her how much will it be when she was finishing my nails she said $90 but i reminded her about the design and went up to $100 plus … i always go there to get my pedi and mani but wont be going back ever again.
**UPDATE** It’s almost 2 yrs since I’ve visited this nail spa. Went in yesterday for a mani and pedi. They seem to be rushing the process now. The polish on my toes are already coming up. 2 of my toes are now bare 🤦♀️ my manicure polish looks rough around the edges. I will not be going back!!
