My name is Javier Gomez bought a F150 2012 a year ago doing all my payments on time these Finance company from C&L Motors went and tow away my car for no reason. They haven't give a real explanation loosing my car and $8k already paid. My recommendations is don't do Businesses here !
Ive had issues with my SUV since I bought it. From replacing the motor to sunroof never worked. Customer service? Well, after getting runarounds I never got to fix my issues. Plus I didnt mentioned how I was lied to that when I had purchased my vehicle, they send your payment history to you insurance. Lies!!! I lost like 4 years of history because they just started reporting to the credit bureaus. I dont reccomend this place at all!
I was told DEAL 3 (three) times for a used car on the phone. Double checked and confirmed it was a deal after being put on hold for a bit. First thing I am told in person is NO DEAL. They insisted it was a miscommunication, but I was told DEAL at least 3 times over the phone. Probably would have taken their offer if they had owned up to it. Very disappointed.
