I own several rental houses and use this company all the time. They are prompt, fair and trustworhty. Recently, one of their technicians -Chris, helped diagnose a problem, that saved me a great deal of money. They have helped on so many other issues that a thought were going to be very expensive. Chris especially is very knowledgeable in solving many issues. I highly recomend using this company!!!!
C&L installed my HVAC a couple years ago. Came home from work earlier this week to 48 degrees inside, called & set up an appointment for a couple days later (we’ve been in single digit temps & snow for a week so they are a bit backed up) tried a couple troubleshooting tips from YouTube & got the heat to kick back on. I was recommended to C & L by a neighbor, and these guys really helped out my mother when she needed a new furnace. Her furnace fell into complete disrepair, and they sold us a new one for a price that I consider very fair. They really stepped up during the holiday period to get the new system up and running for her and that really helped us out. Special thanks to Chris for all the time he put into the job.
