Professional clean excellent facility
So far so good! It was so difficult going back and forth from Boca to Delray, before I knew there was an office closer to home! Had one misunderstanding with a referral, but that was probably due to me not speak up loud enough when asking for a vein specialist. I accidentally got a referral for pain management haha. I got that fixed easy peasy this morning... 1 minute on the phone with their receptionists.. I have never had a problem fixed that quickly before while dealing with anything medical! So so greatful! I had a wonderful experience visiting the Health Care District of Palm Beach County West Boca office! Chelese was so kind and welcoming when checking me in and made the process so easy! After going in, Nadia helped me get my visit started, she was so kind and made me feel so comfortable during the visit, taking notes on everything I said and preparing my chart for my Doctor Fernique. Came here for a eye exam and Nurse Nadia got me prepared for the eye exam with charm and professionalism. Dr Russo did the exam with love of her profession and was able to answer all my questions in detail. Great work!
The service is five stars, receptionists are very informative, the nurse, Precious is just amazing, and all the service was very satisfactory. I'm glad that I found this place!
