Awful service. Said he could get to our car at the end of the week and 3 weeks later has not even started on it with no communication. Lied to us and said car would not go into neutral as that’s why he hasn’t started on it yet. We ended up moving our car somewhere else and they said it went into neutral just fine. He just kept putting us off saying he couldn’t get to it today. We were without a car for 3 weeks without it even being started on and he never once communicated to us.
