I have been living here for three weeks now and it has been very positive so far. The section I live in is very quiet and the property is clean and well kept. There were a few things I asked to be fixed when I moved in, and John fixed them all two days after I moved in. He is very professional and awesome. The office is open six days a week and the staff seems accommodating to the tenants questions/needs. Sedgefield has, time and time again, been operated by wonderful, kind and patient individuals who have given me an ear of understanding on multiple occasions. They are thorough, intelligent and most of all kind. I have nothing but admiration and respect for the running of their facilities.
