This is the worst service I have had Customer service wise and Nail service. I asked for a polish and they didn’t take the old polish off. They just covered the old polish with new polish.
Went 2 months ago and the girl was so rough. She cut both of my toes. One was cut so deep it took months for it to heal. I went back and told them what happened and scheduled with a different girl. She knew what happened last time. No sympathy at all. Water never got warm. She did a horrible job. Not relaxing at all. Don't they even know older adults are more sensitive. She hurt me with the massage and then put a scalding towel on me. I won't go back.
A few years ago me my daughter sister n law and mother n law had are nails done and I love the work that they did would love to have them done again
I ask for pedicure and manicure no color cause I like my nails natural and short. My husband also gets that and he pays $18 just for pedicure and I pay $60 for manicure and pedicure so… Also they trim my thumb nail too short and definitely cut my pinky finger which she put me a solution to stop the bleeding and burns. I don’t think I will come back but my husband will .
