I got a gel manicure just 4 days ago and almost all of my nails are lifting already. Really disappointed.
When I went I was looking for an alternative to acrylic nails. Building Gel was suggested. I had never heard of it. I agreed happily. I chose a shade for the nail and wanted French tip. It went well. I liked how it turned out. It was expensive but I was willing to pay, mostly because it's supposed to last 3-4 weeks till you need a fill. Well I am less than 2 weeks out and I clearly need a fill! This is the worst service I have had Customer service wise and Nail service. I asked for a polish and they didn’t take the old polish off. They just covered the old polish with new polish.
Went 2 months ago and the girl was so rough. She cut both of my toes. One was cut so deep it took months for it to heal. I went back and told them what happened and scheduled with a different girl. She knew what happened last time. No sympathy at all. Water never got warm. She did a horrible job. Not relaxing at all. Don't they even know older adults are more sensitive. She hurt me with the massage and then put a scalding towel on me. I won't go back.
