Very unprofessional! Does anyone have a number to speak to the actual “landlord” of this place seeing how the office DONT know anything!!!
Terrible experience with them! The Waterbury office is beyond unprofessional! Shutting water off, tub did not work, building was dirty in the hallways as well , the office where they lease you up is dirty so that indicates how they expect you to live, unprofessional people! The people who run The Waterbury office are ghetto as hell, dont move there!
During the height of the pandemic, they did not care about their tenants and would rather evict tenants than to set up payment plans with them. Horrible, horrible horrible management! Please go elsewhere. I am a student and thought the housing would be affordable but the area is bad, the management is bad and so are the apartments! Consider this your warning. 0/5
