CK construction & development in Florida are so disrespectful & rude that they didn't even give the neighborhood a heads up before they started tearing down trees, and killing wild animals. We called them with no call back. Their supervisor is the rudest of all. He told me to "Go (beep) myself". They are by far one of the worst site contractors I’ve ever seen working. A complete disregard for environmental controls while working in a riparian zone on the Catauba River. They have disrupted utilities multiple times. Roads are coveted in mud and debris. Employees have complete disregard for public safety and they litter everywhere. Think twice before using them for any future site work. They flooded my cove with silt and debris and my neighbors garage with mud. Think twice about hiring this firm.
