Upon moving in last August the place was in a bad shape. I couldn't lock my front door as it had looked to had been kicked in by previous tenants. The AC didn't work. Maintenance said nothing was wrong with it on 2 separate occasions, but on the 3rd inspection, they finally saw the problem and fixed it with DUCKTAPE which I have to replace often. Comfortable – I love my apartment, sometimes it can be noisey but you deal. People dont pick up after there dogs... Had to CLEAN apartment when first moved in, was dirty, but I love my surroudings and the staff is wonderful.
