In 2005 a friend took an Olds to Eagle Buick who wanted to replace the transmission. He went to CJ's for a second opinion and found out the problem was motor mounts, much less than a trans replacement and if the dealer 'fixed' the problem without tending to the mounts it would not have been repaired!! These guys are simply the best hands down. Bobby in the front office is so passionate about providing the best customer service and really goes above and beyond.
Bobby and his crew are nothing but top notch professionals. They explain everything in detail and are willing to take the time to answer your questions. If you have a transmission problem, these are the guys. I went in thinking my torque converter was bad. It was an 02 sensor and some minor tweaking. These guys could have told me what I wanted to hear. Instead they told me everything factually and did not take advantage. Highly highly recommend.
Fast and attentive service. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew what to expect. I really appreciate their attention to details and customer concerns.
