CJ's Transmission is hands down the best around. From their professionalism on the first phone call, their knowledge and know how in correctly diagnosing and completing repairs, to the small home town feel I got insude the office picking up my truck. The entire process was smooth, expedient, and you can tell Bobby and his team genuinely care about the customer and doing the job right. These guys helped me with a full transmission rebuild and valve body update on a Dodge 3500 still going strong. Highly recommend.
Excellent mechanics! After a year of taking my truck to a local mechanic shop to fix cranking issue and to Gettel Toyota for same issue, CJ's was the only shop to figure out the cause. My toyota truck had been in and out of the first 2 shops I mentioned for over a year. Both shops took me to the cleaners financially! They built my transmission and it worked great but took my truck in for a 10 day recheck and asked the guys if they got their $100 dollar tip I left Bobby, they said NO . What a shame!
We took our vehicle here because my husband thought we had a transmission leak. They told us Instead it was a valve cover leak. After they replaced the valve cover gasket. We went to drive it home. Oil was speeding from the valve cover. We took it back. They then told us it was the water pump leaking. After several conversations with the manager, who thought he had to Mansplain things to me.
