I had an old Eames style lounge chair that had a defective swivel base. Someone had tried to weld it and wire it and it was a complete mess. I stopped in to see if they could help me with it, and they fixed it on the spot! They were amazing! Thank you!

After having a repair take over 3 months to complete, and then having to present payment before we could pick it up, this company added insult to injury by not have the equipment ready for pickup. They had removed the handle for the landing gear on the trailer after raising it up as far as it could go. Thus the trailer could not be hooked up to the tractor. Furthermore, they had not hooked the air lines for the brakes back up, so again our employee had to find someone employed there to get this done. My driver left our locat... read more

Worst experience ever with a service provider. They held my trailer for almost 100 days to weld the 5th wheel to a new deck plate. This is a 53' household goods moving trailer and they didn't make my company needs a priority at all. Then after 100 days they finally finished this unit. This is something that should have taken a week to complete. When we sent our driver to pick the unit up they told us we needed to have a check to pick it up.
