We had CJR come out and install a trane unit in our upstairs and upon his services, he had installed incorrectly! The door that he had put on it was to small and air was getting in and for us to fix we had to get another trane installer to come out and costed us more money...We had an attorney send him the invoice and still has not been paid nor does he answer out calls...Do not use CJR he is a scam artist and uses wrong parts!!!!!

These guys installed a furnace in the house I rent in August. I just now had the gas turned on and when the gas company showed up, they noticed CJR did not install an vent. The gas employee had to turn off our thermostat after turning on the gas because if the furnace kicked on he said all the carbon monoxide would fill the house and kill anyone in it. I called CJR to come fix the issue. We scheduled an 8 AM appointment the next day. He called at 9:40 and told me forgot to put my appointment in his phone and wanted to resche... read more

Thank goodness Google allows for more than one review because Mr. White gave us EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. He had no problem coming to our house at 11 PM to fix our unit. He was very kind, skilled, and showed wonderful customer service. Its nice to know that there are still honest people out there not trying to 'rip' people off just to make a living. I would recommend CJR Heating & Air to anyone. Thanks again.

I would not do business with James White the owner of CJR Heating and Air. The equipment he sells is junk and after you purchase the equipment from him you can not get him to keep an appointment to fix what is broken. I purchased a central heating and air unit less than four years ago and he has actually been to my residence three times since then to try to fix what he sold me.
