I would wholeheartedly recommend CJ Mechanical. They were thorough and reliable contractors who installed a new system in my house 8 years ago (full system install including ductwork and hardware) that has worked wonderfully and been a big improvement in comfort and economy. The house wasn't getting cool this weekend and I called Charlie this morning - he was out the same day, diagnosed a significant leak in the condenser, and got everything repaired and recharged quickly and did it for a fair price all while answering my qu... read more

Had Charlie come by my house today on a short notice. I have a Weill McLain boiler system that is a bit older. Charlie opened up the system right away, bypassed the thermostat, operationally verified the system still wasn’t igniting, and then diagnosed. I would say within less than 10 minutes, he verified it was the thermocouple. He replaced the part, was extremely fair with pricing, and got my heater back up and running.
