UPDATED REVIEW: The renovation of 1414 McArthur Avenue is now completed as of April 18, 2025. The building is immaculate. New everything throughout each of the efficiency and 1 bedroom units and all common areas. This building includes 3 accessible units with one of those being a sensory impaired unit. Improved parking lots and sidewalks, with security improvements throughout including controlled access and cameras. Renovation on the 2nd building will start within weeks. Giving it 2 stars now because of great changes we've made so far and we are excited to announce the CJ McLin Senior Apartments in Dayton will be fully renovated beginning in March/April 2024 and completing in late 2025. New local ownership has been making some outstanding changes. Check back as we make progress!
