Granted, she represented my ex. This review is 20+ years delayed. My ex was an abusive spouse and father. His mom hired Cindy J Hopper to represent him. One of my friends referred me to Cindy Hopper. When I went in, she was very welcoming and listened to everything I had to say. A year and a half later, Cindy has treated me like I was family.
