Disappointed in how we have been treated. We have been customers for years and have given CJ a lot of business. The past year we have felt like we are not a priority, we had constant heating issues last winter and we would struggle to get people out to fix the problem. We ended up having to replace almost every part of our heating system to finally fix the issue, paying for a lot of time and new parts from CJ. A commercial customer and "had" always loved the company and have probably referred them three or four dozen times over the last 30 years, I have personally spent thousands and thousands of dollars with this company.
