This is the third fence that C and J has installed and each experience has been very positive. They deliver a high quality product and their pricing is competitive. In addition, the response time is great. Most recently, from bid to completion was under two weeks.
Improperly trained crew, improper job supervision, lack of attention to detail, botch&run, ghosting, disrespectful. Job not finished and they want me to go through warranty process. Still in the process of working it out. Don't get me going on the details, I got enough to write a book. 1 star because there is no 0 star.
Had a absolute wonderful experience from start (quote) to finish. I would highly recommend C&J. We had a deck extension as well as a pool deck extension. Ryan came out and gave the initial estimate and then we called him back to do the pool deck addition a couple weeks later and they Ryan, Guillermo and his crew made the adjustments to complete at the same time. I my new horizontal composite fence from C&J Fencing!!!!!! The workmanship and quality of materials are exceptional. The transformation of my backyard is like night and day. Shout out to Luis and his crew for their professionalism and attention to detail. They performed the tear down and put up in record time. The only reason it took longer than one (1) day for the install (add an additional two (2) hours) was because they ran out of materials. Otherwise they would have came in way under what was promised.
