Charlotte, Joseph, and their team of compassionate, skilled staff became like family to us as they cared for my grandma in her last months. The fresh food cooked every day, sunny living areas, and impeccable home was the best place we could have found. Her personal and medical needs were delivered at the highest level, with constant communication between family and medical staff. C&J Caring hearts was a lifesaver for me and my friend. My friend had Alzheimer’s and was in a bad way. I didn’t want her to go into a nursing home, but didn’t think I had any options. A friend gave me the name of a group home in Katy. I called them, but they were way out of our price range. So I asked her if she could recommend anyone. The only place she would recommend was C & J. My father suffered from dementia, and required continuous care in the last chapter of his life. We found that care from C&J Caring Hearts, a personal care home which had been recommended by Dad’s hospice service. Charlotte, an RN herself, gently and completely explained the process of her personal care home, and was always available for questions from our family.
