Took my van in with a working stereo and picked it up with a broken one. Despite using them for the last 20 years, I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone. They did not offer to fix it or compensate for the loss. Said it must have been broken when we brought it in. Very mad and upset. Find someone else to do your work
