Hey, I use CIS income tax every year, this will be by 5th year since moving to the falls. I usually have such a great experience. This year was the absolute worse customer experience ever. It took them 3 weeks to do my taxes, mind to say with only a T5. Also when they were done ei had gotten a call stating they were done and it was 100$ to put them through.
