My daughter loves the Dr. and the xray tech has been nice to her sometimes but the last time she went she was terrible. She was in tears almost when she came home! Recently she had to go back to the Dr. and really needs an xray and she won’t do it because she doesn’t want to deal with her. Her name is Robin Dye. I really like them too but she needs to learn how to talk to people.
Don't seem like they care about there patients, well Vikki the nurse was the only one I spoke to, but she pretends to be nice but is not what so ever. She's cold and disconnected from the patients. New or not , I was going to be a new patient and was supposed to be there at 11 but my appt was at 11:15 they wanted to act childish over a 10 minute window when I couldve filled out whatever they needed while waiting to see the doc...so she made it a no call no show. My very first visit. Wow. Glad I won't be going there now.
