Got my Ram towed in on Friday morning. Friday afternoon, I contacted the service department and ordered my parts. Found a different problem on Saturday morning and we had a time crunch due to the holiday and I live almost 2 hrs away and was pulling my camper back home on Monday which was the holiday and the service department was closed. I arrived an hour before closing time and they had it fixed! I really appreciate the service that I had!
My car shopping experience was great.I brought a pre-owned car Nico was my sales agent very nice and helpful. The process takes awhile when buying a car so make sure you give your self some time. I would definitely go back to buy another car there. I actually had to go back for service, they took care of me and I was on my way.
