Lack of communication and dealing with too many different people there causes confusion for customers. This business doesn't keep the customer informed about issues when they should be. If you speak to someone im sales, making a deal, the least they can do is meet and greet you themselves when you show up to meet them to close the deal. One tall guy inside snicker sneered at a customer when they walked in, laughing at them, in a condescending manner in the Jeep C Harper sales building, adding to their issues. Drove 5 hours one way and paid tolls got there the car was still available made a deal got financing then was told title issues must come back then 3 days later they raised the price of the car 6k avoid not good people dishonest
