Misleading and dishonest. I just witnessed a TV commercial in which they used their Ford dealerships employees as a bait and switch for the Cadillac dealership. They used Joe who is C. Harper Fords lead mechanic and Dino who is a Service Advisor for C. Harper Ford in their Cadillac dealership commercial as of that's who will be helping you at Cadillac. Also, Casey Harper junior looks high. I'm not sure if they can't find anyone at their Cadillac dealership that is photogenic or they are just used to being successful pulling ... read more

Excellent customer service.. in my experience they don't try to talk you into unnecessary repairs or work. Friendly and knowledgeable they go out of their way to make sure your needs are met.
Chase and the Cadillac techs do a wonderful job and very professional glad we went back to owning a Cadillac.
