I messaged through their messages system on their website about a vehicle, didn't hear back after for several days. I finally heard back after getting a hold of another employee. The lady contacted me, but never passed my information along to the sales team or managers until about a week after, now the vehicle is gone and that's what they think of a customer. Awesome experience! In and out with a great deal from James Lamb (Sales Rep), and Joe in Finance. Efficient team had me in and out in less than 2 hours with a trade in.
Misleading and dishonest. I just witnessed a TV commercial in which they used their Ford dealerships employees as a bait and switch for the Cadillac dealership. They used Joe who is C. Harper Fords lead mechanic and Dino who is a Service Advisor for C. Harper Ford in their Cadillac dealership commercial as of that's who will be helping you at Cadillac. Also, Casey Harper junior looks high. I'm not sure if they can't find anyone at their Cadillac dealership that is photogenic or they are just used to being successful pulling ... read more
