I made the mistake of buying a car from this place. They are super excited to sell you a car but don't expect anything after you pull off the lot. I get home and can't find an owners manual and realize I left my garage door remote in my trade in. I was told they'd get me a manual and my remote. 3 weeks later and I still don't have either one. I did get a remote from them today but it's not mine.
I was charged $1056.00 to repair a door handles on A transit connect...dealership software program said should be about a 1 hour job. Sent a letter to Casey HARPER Jr did not even get a response. Ease buy your vehicles somewhere else.
