They charged 30% over the quoted price. Had to have a new transmission installed. Once the price was established and parts ordered they never called to update progress. Took almost three times longer than I was originally told. I was over 400 miles from home without transportation. I had to get in their face to get anything accomplished very disappointing.

I was stranded up on Mt. hood while driving across country after calling about 20 other shops they were the only place within 100 miles that would even look at my van. They got me back on the road fast and everyone including the owner was professional, patient and extremely kind to me. I’m going to make it home this holiday because of them. Thank you again!

Diagnosis of my engine light and went over the problems and got it in quickly. 2 days and the light was back on..got it in, reviewed and fixed it. So far, so good.

Customer service in the service dept has gone extremely down hill this past year. We’ve been bringing our vehicles to this location for over 20yrs but are looking for a new service provider due to the inept repairs we have received this past year.

Charlie and the service crew did an excellent job diagnosing and explaining the oil leak in our 2016 Ram Promaster. The dealership was courteous throughout the entire process. Also thankful they were able to give me a timely appointment and allow me to drop off my vehicle after hours.
