I got an everything bagel with cream cheese. Bagel was small but decent size. The cream cheese however was disgusting. It looked yellow and churned like old butter. Clumpy and tasted bitter. And there wasn’t even much of it. You can see half the bagel through this cheese product. For over $5 a bagel they have the nerve. Very unhappy. Will definitely not be going again. Definitely do not recommend this place. .

Incredibly unhelpful company when trying to get a refund for my flight. My airline directed me to them due to an issue with my refund and having to deal with them is the worst. I called their ticketing department 5 times, going straight to voicemail each time and leaving messages without ever getting a call back. I finally got in touch with someone through email who takes 5 days in between messages to even respond and when responding barely gives me any helpful information. The service is terrible here! They might tell you one thing and turn around and completely take back what they said. I am not happy with them. Whenever, they make mistakes; and let's say there are many of them, they try to put the blame on the sub agents. Even though you have everything in writing from them. They take it back. They don't give you a good service and are very incompetent. Their agents are very rude! If you don't watch out they pull a fast one on you all the time.
