Tracy completed a condo unit inspection and gave us a detailed report. He was very thorough and took a lot of photos including infrared. He answered our many questions during the inspection. We have a good idea of what to focus on now but he was able to find a lot of issues we were not aware of too. He was easy to communicate with, his report was easy to understand and thorough, and he could schedule the inspection quickly to accommodate our schedule. Highly recommended!
Tracy is very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was easy to schedule with him and communication was great! He showed up on time and was very helpful through the whole process. He takes the time to explain everything. Highly recommend, great guy and great job!!!
